OUR ROAST MASTER...
Our roast master understands coffee at its best and skillfully perfects each roast. Each different bean has its own unique roasting profile. In other words, each bean needs to be roasted at different temperatures and for different amounts of time to bring out the very best flavor and aroma for that bean. Sounds scientific, but to us it is an art. He knows the best roast for each unique bean and we love testing sample after sample to ensure each bean is at its full potential. Our roast master loves the art of fine coffee and loves to share it!
